Full Fibre
Full Fibre broadband is a pure fibre line running at the speed of light to your home. The fastest broadband connection available, you can use multiple internet powered devices in your home without disruption.
Fake Fibre
Fake Fibre is a fibre line that only runs to the cabinet, then it's copper to your home. Operating on Victorian-era technology, speeds vary depending on disruption and distance. Connectivity is poor and is not suitable for multiple internet devices.

What does no hidden fees mean?
Well it means we'll never hide anything from you, you'll know all the costs up front.
No contract offers you the flexibility to live your life, but all we ask is that if you cancel within 3 months you pay a £30 cancellation fee to cover our costs.
Why do we do this? We don't handcuff you to a contract and we also try keep your upfront cost as low as possible, so if you stay with us for a long time, we pick up the rest of the set up bill.
